Join us every Sunday for our indulgent Dominical Brunch at the Delano Café, set in our elegant 200 m² courtyard. Delight in a gourmet experience featuring refined French and Mediterranean flavors.

Time: 12:00 PM – 3:30 PM
Price: €95 per adult and €55 per child, buffet style (welcome glass of champagne included).

For group meals of 8 or more, Delano Café invites you to experience the Signature Delano Experience.

This exceptional menu includes three aperitif bites, a cold starter, a hot starter, a main course, and dessert, accompanied by a glass of Blanc de Blancs Champagne and a bottle of wine for every three guests.

Paolo Minelli

At the heart of Maison Delano Paris’ restaurant, Paolo Minelli embodies the art of gastronomy with elegance. A graduate of the Instituto Superiore di San Pellegrino Terme, he honed his skills in the Michelin-starred kitchens of southern France before making his mark in Paris at Park Hyatt Paris Vendôme under Jean-François Rouquette. With experience at the prestigious Hôtel du Palais in Biarritz and La Palme d’Or in Cannes, he now brings his refined and thoughtful cuisine to Delano Café. Each creation tells a story, blending culinary passion with Mediterranean flavors.
