Mimi Kakushi Miami Beach

Inspired by the dynamic energy of 1920s Osaka and the Mavo movement, Mimi Kakushi blends Japanese tradition with modern artistry. The acclaimed Dubai outpost is celebrated both for its playful take on Japanese culinary classics and boundary-pushing mixology, ranking No. 36 on The World’s 50 Best Bars list and No. 37 on MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants list. The first Mimi Kakushi in the U.S. is located on the fourth floor of Delano Miami Beach, and is accessible exclusively to Delano Members Club and hotel guests.

At Mimi Kakushi, traditional Japanese techniques meet modern culinary expression, bringing Eastern flavors together with subtle Western influences. The menu is designed for sharing, offering a refined selection of hot and cold dishes, from sashimi and sushi to tempura, gyoza and other contemporary interpretations of Japanese classics.

Mimi Kakushi’s Kintarō cocktail menu is inspired by the silent film era of the early 1900s and the legacy of Japanese icon Sessue Hayakawa. Each cocktail pays tribute to a character he brought to life on screen, translating cinematic storytelling into flavour and form. Designed as both a sensory and visual experience, every drink captures the intrigue, elegance and drama of the silent era.
