Do I need a passport or ID to check in?
Yes, a valid physical passport or photo ID is required for check-in. Digital copies will not be accepted.

What is the minimum age requirement for check-in? 
Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in. 

Do I need to pay a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required at check-in. The full accommodation amount, plus $250 per night for incidentals, will be charged to a credit card upon arrival. 

How can I request an early check-in or late check-out? 
Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges apply. 

Can I use hotel facilities before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, guests are welcome to enjoy the hotel’s amenities starting the morning of arrival and for the remainder of the day following check-out.

Do you provide transportation to and from the airport or port? 
Delano Miami Beach does not offer a complimentary airport shuttle. Our concierge is happy to assist with arranging transportation.

How can I get a copy of my bill?
Upon departure, we will email and print a copy of the bill for every guest.

I left something at the hotel. Can you help me find it?
Yes, please contact our team, which will follow standard lost-and-found procedures. Any non-valuable items located upon departure will be stored in the Lost & Found database for 30 days. 

Is the Delano Miami Beach ADA-compliant? 
Yes, Delano Miami Beach offers rooms designed to accommodate guests with disabilities. 

Is the Delano Miami Beach pet-friendly? 
Yes, pets are allowed on the property. Cats and dogs are welcome with a weight limit of 50 pounds (25kg) or less. Additional charges apply for non-certified service animals.  

Do you have parking for hotel guests at Delano Miami Beach? 
Yes, overnight valet parking is available for hotel guests at $65.

Do you offer parking for non-hotel guests at Delano Miami Beach? 
Yes, valet parking is available for non-hotel guests at $30 for up to three hours.

What is the size of the beds? 
King Rooms feature a king bed (76″ W x 80″ L). Double Rooms have two queen beds (60″ W x 80″ L).

Do you provide extra beds or baby cribs? 
Baby cribs are available free of charge upon request. Extra beds suitable for children and adults are available in select rooms for $50 per night.

Do all rooms and suites have balconies? 
Select suites and penthouses have balconies.

Do you have smoking rooms? 
No, Delano Miami Beach is a non-smoking property.

Are coffee and tea facilities available in the rooms?
Each room is equipped with a Lavazza coffee machine. Tea service is available upon request.

Are refrigerators available in the rooms? 
All rooms include a minibar refrigerator. An additional mini refrigerator is available upon request. 

Do rooms include an iron and an ironing board? 
Rooms are equipped with a garment steamer. An iron and an ironing board can be provided upon request.

Yes, all restaurants are accessible to in-house guests.

Do you accommodate dietary requirements such as vegetarian, vegan, or allergen-free meals?

Yes, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free options are available. Please inform your server of any dietary restrictions or allergies.

Can I make a reservation in advance?

Yes, reservations are recommended and can be arranged through our reservations team or concierge.

What are the restaurant’s hours of operation?

  • Gigi Rigolatto: Lunch and dinner Sunday to Thursday, 12 PM to 11 PM and Friday to Saturday, 12 PM to 12 AM
  • Mimi Kakushi: Lunch daily from 12 PM to 5 PM. Dinner Sunday to Thursday, 6 PM to 11 PM and Friday to Saturday, 6 PM to 12 AM
  • Rose Bar: Daily, 5 PM to 2 AM
  • Café Delano: Daily, 7 AM to 5 PM

Do you offer outdoor dining?

Yes, outdoor seating is available at Gigi Rigolatto and Mimi Kakushi.

Is there a dress code for any Delano Miami Beach restaurants? 

Yes, a smart-casual dress code applies to all dining venues.

Are group menus or drinks packages available? 

Yes, group dining and beverage packages are available upon request for all venues.

Can I reserve an entire restaurant for a private event? 

Yes, full venue buyouts may be arranged, subject to availability and venue terms.

Pool & Beach

What are the opening and closing hours for the pool & beach facilities? 

The pool and beach facilities are open from 10 AM until sunset. 

Do you provide towels for use at the pool and beach? 

Yes, complimentary towels are provided. Our pool and beach staff will offer additional towels as needed.

What beachfront amenities does Delano Miami Beach offer?

Guests enjoy exclusive access to private cabanas, sun loungers, umbrellas and food and beverage service from Gigi. 

Can you provide details about the beach activities available at Delano Miami Beach? 

Guests can sign up for weekly and monthly wellness activities such as yoga, breathwork and soundbaths. The hotel also offers beachside games for guests, such as backgammon. 

Does Delano Miami Beach offer beachside events or entertainment for guests?

Yes, we have weekly sunset social events with live music on the beach.

Are there any wellness or relaxation services available on the beach or pool at Delano Miami Beach?

Guests can enjoy massages, manicures, pedicures and mini facials by the pool. We also offer wellness activities daily at the pool and on the beach.

What are the differences between your pools? 

All guests may enjoy the Gigi Pool. The Delano Members Pool is reserved exclusively for Delano Members and guests staying on property.

Do you have an adult-only pool? 

Children under 18 are permitted on the 4th floor, including at the pool, until 12PM.

Do you have sunscreen available?

Yes, sunscreen and after-sun products are available at the Gigi Pool and Delano Members Pool.

Does your pool and beach have suitable access for people with disabilities? 

Yes, the Gigi Pool and the Delano Members Pool are accessible to our guests with disabilities.

Is the pool temperature controlled, heated, or cooled? 

The pools are temperature-controlled for guests’ comfort.

Do you have a swimwear shop? 

Yes, swimwear can be purchased at Nothing Finer Retail and Gigi Boutique on the lobby level.

How much does membership cost?

Individual Membership: $9,000 annual dues + $6,000 joining fee

Spouse Membership: $7,000 annual dues (joining fee waived)

Under 33 Membership: $5,000 annual dues + $3,000 joining fee

What’s the policy on kids? 

Kids are allowed on the 1st floor and on the 4th floor until 12 PM 

Can members get chairs at the beach/pool? How many?  

Members can reserve 2 chairs at either the beach or pool (space permitting). Chairs at the beach may be reserved up to 48 hours in advance through the member app. Chairs at the pool are offered on a first-come basis.

What is a Spouse membership? Do Spouse members have all the same benefits and access as regular members? 

Spouse members are for the spouse/partner of a current member. They must reside at the same address. Benefits and access for spouse members are the same.  

What is the policy for guests?

Members are welcome to host up to three (3) guests at a time. Additional guests may be permitted in connection with dining reservations, private events or with prior approval from management.
