For your safety, swimming is permitted in the pool from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and in the sea from 8:00 AM until sunset.
What are the differences between your pools?
Guests may enjoy the Delano Pool while guests staying in suites have exclusive access to the La Cantine Beach pool.
What are the differences between the cabanas?
Delano Dubai offers a variety of cabanas, including standard cabanas and family cabanas. Each provides distinct features to suit your needs.
What is the capacity of the cabanas?
Most cabanas can comfortably accommodate up to four guests.
Do you have an adult-only pool?
La Cantine Beach and Maison Revka offer an adult-only pool. Additional fees apply.

Do you have entertainment?

Yes, Delano Dubai offers day passes at AED 400 per adult on weekdays and AED 600 per adult on weekends. Day passes are 50% redeemable on food and beverage offerings. Prices may vary depending on the season.

Day passes include access to a sunbed, complimentary towels, and a 50% credit redeemable on food and beverage. The first bottle of water is also included.

The pool depth is 1.5 meters.
What are the terms for canceling a reservation for pool & beach?
Cancellations made with at least 72 hours’ notice are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made in less than 24 hours are non-refundable.
What time do the spa and the fitness centre open?
- While Delano Dubai does not have a spa, the Banyan Tree Spa next door operates from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- The fitness centre at Delano Dubai is open 24 hours a day.
- HWH Studio offers various classes at different timings.
Do you have a Jacuzzi in the spa at Banyan Tree?
Yes, inside the Rainforest facility area a Jacuzzi is available, together with our Rain Walk Experience, steam room, sauna, and vitality pool. Also, we do have a Jacuzzi in some of our treatment rooms if the guests wish to book the 30-minute calming baths after their treatments.
Do you have Cold/hot plunge pool in the spa at Banyan Tree?
We do not offer indoor cold/hot plunge pools in our spa facilities; however, we do have the outdoor 15 -minute Cold Bath Experiences.

What are your therapist qualifications?
The therapists of Banyan Tree Spa undergo extensive training, completing 650 hours of instruction from Banyan Tree Academy trainers; some are CIBTAC qualified.

Yes, Banyan Tree Spa offers Thai Essence massage performed without oil while you wear a comfortable two-piece outfit as well as Thai Classic Massage, blending traditional Thai techniques with oil massage.
