Chef Mattia Chiai
Mattia Chiai was born in Sardinia, an Italian island known for its rich traditions and extraordinary natural beauty. Growing up around his mother and grandmother’s passion for cooking, he realized his true calling to become a chef, honoring and enhancing raw ingredients through cooking and transformation.
Since completing his culinary studies, Mattia has worked with many renowned chefs in Michelin-starred restaurants. He now brings his skillset and passion to Tutto Passa
