On New Year’s Eve, the experience unfolds slowly, beginning from 8pm with a curated set menu and a selection of festive additions. Each dish is crafted with rhythm and restraint, flavor-forward, fire-kissed, and meant to be savored.
As the clock nears midnight, guests gather on the beach for a collective toast, Champagne in hand, feet in the sand, fireworks above. Afterwards, the night returns to Gohan for an after-party that stretches late into the early hours. DJs take over.
